Is Stock.Estate referral worth it ?
While the first bonus, a flat 10€ on the first investment, is more of an appetizer, the second one carries more weight. At 2%, the cashback sits above most permanent offers found in crowdlending, where 1% remains the usual benchmark. This broadens the reach of the cashback for new investors.
On top of that, the cashback applies to projects whose returns sit well above the sector average, which boosts the final return. However, the scope of these bonuses remains limited to the first two investments, while other offers run for up to 90 days.
That said, a referral bonus should never be the sole reason to invest on a real estate crowdfunding platform. Is Stock.Estate safe and regulated ?
Yes. Stock.Estate is regulated under the European ECSP regime, supervised by the ASF in Romania and listed on the ESMA register, which imposes transparency and investor-protection obligations. As with any real estate crowdfunding investment, capital remains at risk and returns are not guaranteed.
Are the loans secured ?
Each loan is secured by a mortgage on the financed property, up to 150% of the amount lent (Stock.Estate does not offer a buyback guarantee). In case of default, recovery proceeds through enforcement of the mortgage, that is, selling the property to repay investors.
Are the bonuses taxable ?
Across most European countries, bonuses received on a real estate crowdfunding platform count as taxable income, just like interest. Their treatment depends on your country of residence. A tax advisor is the safest way to confirm your own situation.
What if I withdraw early ?
Since the 2% cashback is calculated on a finalized investment, withdrawing your funds before investing them, or cancelling an investment during the 4-day reflection period, does not qualify for it. The 10€ bonus, credited as soon as you register, remains yours, but it can only be used when you invest.
What if I don’t receive the bonus ?
If a bonus does not appear in your account after the relevant investment, contact Stock.Estate support at team@stock.estate. The team can access the registration tracking data and check the situation. Make sure the registration was completed through the referral link.
